Return and Exchange Policy

All other returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase date.  Please use the contact us page to request a Return Authorization. All returns or exchanges are subject to approval and valid only on products purchased through Pirate Auto Group/The PAG Store. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items. 

• There is a 20% restocking fee
• Items and original packaging must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled, mounted, installed, or damaged. 
• Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return or exchange. 
• Items damaged or incorrectly installed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. 
• Returns must be received within 30 days of an approved Return Authorization.

WARRANTY: All warranties on products sold through Pirate Auto Group are those sold by the manufacturer. Seller disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Pirate Auto Group neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Warranty is not transferrable, valid to the original purchaser only, and limited to replacement of defective products only. Limitations contained herein do not apply where prohibited by law.
